The URL was interpolated into a shell command without being quoted. As soon as it contains a
semicolon, which is the separator of the parameters in the connection URLs of the Microsoft JDBC
driver for SQL Server, the shell splits the command: the URL is truncated and the remaining
arguments are executed as another command. The URL is now quoted for all the database systems and
for both the creation and the deletion of the database.

The strip-maven-site execution was added for the modules publishing the
documentation of the REST API, on the assumption that only a module declaring
the clean plugin would inherit it. That assumption is wrong: the clean plugin
takes part of the default lifecycle, so Maven considers it declared in every
project and the execution managed here applies to all of them.
Every project inheriting from this POM and building a Maven site therefore had
its target/site wiped out in the post-site phase, index.html aside. The
community web site was published that way from the 2.0-build260915 version of
this POM on: index.html was the single page uploaded, the pages already on the
server staying untouched and hence stale.
The execution is now skipped unless strip.maven.site.skip is set to false, which
the modules documenting the REST API do on their own.
