The URL was interpolated into a shell command without being quoted. As soon as it contains a
semicolon, which is the separator of the parameters in the connection URLs of the Microsoft JDBC
driver for SQL Server, the shell splits the command: the URL is truncated and the remaining
arguments are executed as another command. The URL is now quoted for all the database systems and
for both the creation and the deletion of the database.

jTDS isn't maintained anymore since 2013 and Silverpeas now delivers and expects the Microsoft
JDBC driver for SQL Server. The driver of the tests is updated accordingly, as is the connection
URL: with the Microsoft driver the database is designated by the databaseName parameter and no
more by the path of the URL.
The encrypt parameter is explicitly set to false because, since its version 10, the Microsoft
driver expects an encrypted connection by default and the SQL Server used by the tests has no
trusted certificate. This is consistent with the installation being tested: the configuration
generated for it doesn't set DB_ENCRYPT, whose default value is false.
Requires the Jenkins pipeline of the installation tests to quote the connection URL it passes to
setupDB.sh: the URL contains now a semicolon.
